At TownJersey.com, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange it, as long as it meets the conditions outlined below.
Refund and Returns Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- We only accept returns in the event that the shirt you received is damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect shirt altogether. Please ensure that returns meet these conditions, as we are unable to process returns for other reasons.

How to Complete Your Return
To process a return, please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you’ve met these conditions, you can send the item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also inform you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process begins, we can no longer cancel your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Requests After the Guarantee Period
Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days). You can do this by sending a message through our Contact Us page.
